Job Summary:

SUMMARY: Opening for an Account Manager to work in the healthcare division of a large, well known advertising agency. This is an ideal opportunity for an Account Manager with sufficient industry experience to be the day-to-day contact on accounts on both an internal and external basis, delivering an efficient, effective and profitable service and to manage all jobs through agency systems and procedures, and liaise with other departments as appropriate.

This reputable agency, which works mainly on European and global business, has rapidly grown and has a lot of new business in the pipeline and is experiencing continued growth and success with many of the top ten Pharma.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


? Integral member of team working with the agency and the client in developing and managing client business
? Leads the development of strategic solutions which build brand equity and deliver results for the client
? Plans and executes assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget
? Delivers polished Client presentations
? Actively contributes to overall idea generation with agency team
? Mentors more junior team members
? Contribute during major creative briefing meetings with Client
? Take full responsibility for accurate Cost Estimates of all activity on the account
? Work on pitches and lead other projects such as Blueprint, grad recruitment, socials

SKILLS REQUIRED:
?

Solid healthcare advertising experience; experience in leading as well as inspiring and managing teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations; excellent time management of self and others; ability to interact with and manager clients; excellent attention to detail/quality control across all areas of responsibility; educated to a degree level; science background useful but not essential; need to be ? adaptable, challenging, creative, confident, daring, dynamic, grounded, have a ?can do? attitude, inquisitive, reliable.
