Free Diet Tips are available dime-a-dozen on the internet and in the print media! It is very important to know which of the free diet tips are dependable and scientific. The source of information needs to be trustworthy. Everyone is aware of the mad gold rush to make money out of peoples? desire to lose weight quickly. The easiest way is to concoct a recipe of free diet tips and advice on quick weight loss.

Mind you many of these free diet tips are effective in the sense that they do help in losing weight fast but the questions is ? ?is it healthy??. It is not unknown for many people to follow the free diet tips to lose weight and lose their health also in the bargain! Unfortunately they regain the lost weight pretty soon but regain health takes a long time. All in all the free diet tips work out extremely expensive!

1. Moderation is the name of the game; no excesses please!

2. Never start a diet without professional guidance.

3. The diet should be balanced.

4. Not everything that our grandmother says is old wives tales! As a fact most of the things are salt of earth good advices!

5. Yes fruits and vegetables will do you a world of good ? have at least 3 servings of each every day.

6. Drink lots of water there is nothing like it on earth!

7. Cereals and pulses are a must!

8. Nuts are good; the kind we eat, I mean!

9. Never over eat how much ever you like the food! As a fact eating a little less than required is not a bad habit

10. Never eat fast!

11. Go easy on non-vegetarian food.

12. Avoid alcohol; most of the doctors who say a drink or two a day are okay; are the ones who are fond of alcohol themselves!

I could go on and on with free diet tips ?but, everything that is free is not necessarily appreciated.

Be healthy; eat healthy and stay free from diseases!!!
