Demi Lovato in Seventeen November 2013: Vulnerability Isn't A Weakness

Stepping away from "X Factor's" judging table, Demi Lovato scored a feature in the November 2013 issue Seventeen magazine.

The "Heart Attack" hitmaker sat down with the publication and chatted about focusing on the future and how sometimes showing off your softer side isn't always a bad thing.

"Sometimes life can feel like one big race, and you're constantly trying to keep up," Miss Lovato explained. "When I feel overwhelmed, I take a few minutes to remind myself that all we have is right now."

In regards to her emotions, Demi stated, "Strength may project confidence, but vulnerability isn't a weakness. Don't struggle to put up a perfect front - by sharing my issues, I've been able to to help others."
